So, for those of you keeping track, this is the 200th update since the reboot! I’m so excited and happy to be back updating Melonpool and hope you are as well! Lots of interesting stuff ahead as we settle into the next phase of the stories. Just 3 more of the old cast to reintroduce (though we have a ways to go for the next ones to come along).
For historical context, here’s where we were at the 200th strip point in the initial run. Enjoy! And feel free to speak up on the comments thread(s) if you like (or don’t like) where we’re going!
Three more, hm? Let’s see…we haven’t met Roberta (although she’s been name-checked), and…well I guess it depends on if J-LB8 counts as Jalea. If so then I’m guessing Maddie and The Duck? If not, then I have no idea who the third person is, although that might be 7am talkling! 🙂
(Unless it’s not necessarily the MAIN cast, in which case it could well be Fauntleroy and Rasputin…)

Probably means Noda and Obi-Juan.
I like this slower approach the new Melonpool is taking. Not in a rush to establish all the characters and premise as fast as possible, taking the time to explore the background and setting, it feel more natural this way.
